02Personal data we process

The following data is processed in connection with the enquiries, quotation requests and dealer applications you submit through our website:

• Identity data: first name and last name
• Contact data: email address, phone number, company/dealer name, city
• Request details: message text, the product you are interested in and the subject of your request
• Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of form submission

If you only browse our website, no personal data is collected other than through strictly necessary cookies.

03Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your product, technical document and price requests
• Evaluating and concluding dealer applications
• Getting back to you about your request and maintaining communication
• Establishing a business relationship, carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling our legal obligations
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse

04Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• Processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç)
• Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
• Your explicit consent in all other cases (Art. 5/1)

05Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above:

• To the suppliers that provide our hosting and infrastructure services (website and database servers)
• To our email and communication service providers
• To authorized public institutions and organizations upon request, within the scope of our legal obligations

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

06Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the end of the statutory limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation.

Enquiry and application records that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission; at the end of this period, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

07Your rights as a data subject (KVKK Art. 11)

By applying to the data controller, you may exercise the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to request information about it
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data is transferred
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the Law
• To request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
• To object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your data

08How to submit a request

You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with information that verifies your identity, by email to info@hakkimya.com.tr or in writing to Sanayi Mah. Kuru Sok. No:1 İzmit / Kocaeli, Türkiye.

Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
